To further enhance the professional skills of frontline production staff, standardize electrical equipment operation procedures, and lay a solid foundation for safe production and efficient operation, the Production Department of the company recently carefully organized a special skills training session on standard machine wiring and component selection and application.This training was targeted at technical backbones, equipment operation and maintenance personnel, and key post operators on the production frontline. Combined with cases of common improper operations, the lecturer conducted an in-depth analysis of the causes, safety risks, and rectification methods, emphasizing the significance of standardized wiring in extending equipment service life, ensuring production safety, and improving operational stability.In the module of component functions and selection logic, the working principles, performance parameters, and applicable scenarios of core electrical components such as circuit breakers, contactors, relays, sensors, and switching power supplies were systematically explained. The lecturer focused on selection criteria and judgment methods, integrating load characteristics, working environments, durability requirements, and cost control, enabling employees not only to master the functions of components but also to understand the technical logic behind their selection, so that they truly know what to do and why to do it.

Adhering to the principle of integrating learning with practice and emphasizing practical results, the lecturer demonstrated operation procedures on site.
