The UCS3000 ultrasonic spraying system is based on the ultra-high frequency atomization technology to spray drugs for balloons and stents. It is equipped with a dual-drum plug-in and quick-change system, enabling seamless switching between "production" and "preparation" and supporting rapid cleaning and switching of three pump heads. It is compatible with different drug liquid combinations for spraying and alternate spraying. Through innovative architecture design, the UCS3000 systematically integrates the complex ultrasonic spraying system, injection system, and ventilation system, providing comprehensive process solutions for industry problems such as uneven drug loading, excessive crystal particle size, irregular crystal orientation, low efficiency of balloon spraying and clamping, and stratification of suspensory drug liquids.
